Terms of Service
These terms govern the commercial relationship between Thailand Carpet Cleaning ("Service Provider") and the Client. Engagement of services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Clause 01
Acceptance & Definitions
By issuing a Purchase Order (PO) or confirming a booking via email/portal, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
"Service Provider": Thailand Carpet Cleaning Co., Ltd.
"Client": The entity requesting the service.
"SLA": Service Level Agreement defining specific scope.
Clause 02
Scope of Services
Services are limited to the areas and items specified in the written Quotation or SLA.
- Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, services do not include moving heavy furniture (>25kg), handling hazardous waste, or repairing structural floor damage.
- Change Orders: Requests to clean additional areas on-site must be authorized in writing and will be billed separately.

Payment & Invoicing

*All prices are exclusive of 7% VAT unless stated otherwise.
Clause 04
Liability & Limitations
We carry Commercial General Liability Insurance. However, liability is limited as follows:

Pre-Existing DamageWe are not liable for wear, tear, discoloration, or seam separation existing prior to service.

Sensitive AssetsClients must secure servers, electronics, and sensitive documents. We are not liable for data loss or damage to unsecured electronics.
Clause 05
Cancellation Policy
To maintain efficiency for all clients, the following cancellation fees apply:
- > 48 HoursNo Charge
- 24-48 Hours25% Fee
- < 24 Hours / No Show50% Fee
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Bangkok.
